Q Can I ask for small/large-cap?

Our Stock Size is Medium which is 22.25 inches, and we have the combs andelastic band or adjustable straps inside. We have received your request, andyou would like to use the small/large cap for your wig, is that right? KindlyReminder: 1. Small Size is 21.75 inches, Large Size is 22.75 inches, youshould know your own size and make a suitable decision. If you want to ask forthe small/big cap, please remember to take a note on the cart or send emails tous.

Q Is your hair 100% human hair? What is the grade? Whereare they from?

We are selling nice virgin hair, which is natural and nice. It is 100%human hair, and top virgin hair.They were cut from Brazilian teen girls. These hair arenot permed and dyed, and the hair quality is the best hair.

 

Q: What is HDLace? 

A: HD lace is a new lace material that ismore light, soft and delicate and looks more transparent than normal lace,which can melt into our skin more perfectly, which makes the hairline moreinvisible.

Q: What isTransparent Lace? 

A: Transparent lace is the normal lace withtransparent color.
Normally, we have two different lace colors, including the mainly we use are mediumbrown and transparent. So we can choose the right color to better match our ownskin tone.

Q: What's theDifference between Normal Lace and HD Lace?

A: The key point we wearing a wig is to makeit look as natural as possible. As we can see in the picture attached below,the HD lace can melt into our skin much better than normal lace, which can makeour hairline looks more natural and less visible.

 

Q: What's theDifference Between HD Lace and Transparent Lace?

A: As we mentioned above, HD lace is a newkind of lace material, and transparent lace is the normal lace with transparentcolor. 

We often recommend the transparent lace tolight skin tone girls, but recently we found that transparent color lace canmelt to any skin tone after we bleach the hair knots and glue down thehairline. 

But according to the features of the lacematerial itself, HD lace is still better than transparent lace.

Q Is yourwig/hair getting tangled or shedding?
It could becaused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at leastonce a week, and twice a week is even better. Brazilian virgin hair needs to becombed from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.If the hair is wavy or curly style, which we don't suggest combing it. If youhave to, please comb it with hands or a wide-tooth brush gently. Tight-toothbrush will ruin the hairs original shape and make it frizzy and feel liketangled! Please always comb the hair from the ends and work your way up. Whenyou dye the hair with bleach powder, please control the time within 5 minutes.If you dye it with dye cream, you need to control the time within 20 minutes.Otherwise, the hair will be damaged by cream if you leave it too long there,which will lead to shedding. When sleeping, please bond the hair with anelastic band or wear a cap. It will avoid tangling or shapes-changing. Afterwaking up, please remove the band and comb through beginning at the ends andworking your way up to the roots. When swimming, we suggest wearing a swimmingcap. Because the sea water or pool water is not good for hair, and it will makethe hair tangled and rough. It`s better to wash it with warm water, hairshampoo and hair conditioner after swimming.
Q Can Igo swimming with a wig?
Yes, you cango for a swim with the wig. When swimming, we suggest to wear a swimming cap.Because the sea water or pool water is not good for hair, it will make the hairtangle and rough. It`s better to wash it with warm water, with hair shampoo andhair conditioner after swimming.
Q Doesyour wig come in bleached?
Our lace wigsare already bleached under the condition that the hair would not shed. If youneed more bleachingyou can contact us when you are ready to place an order.
You can also doit by yourself or ask a hairstylist to help you.
Q Canyour hair be dyed? Can you dyed for me?
Of course, wecan dye your hair. But we will charge extra. We can dye colors. It should be notedthat dark and red colors may affect the color of the cap. Light hair needs tobe asked us. In addition, it should be noted that each display screen isdifferent, so the colors may also be different.
Q Canyour wig use without glue? Can I make ponytail or bun?
You can try touse it with glue or without glue, but using glue will be more natural looking.Some sisters don`t use glue because their hair is secured with a custom strapand comb in the back and got2b glued spray. So it's very secure and doesn`tmove at all. And you can also choose got2b glue gel (black bottle) to installit. As for the ponytail or bun, definitely yes, you can make it.
Q I wantthe full lace wig with higher  than 180% density.
Our currentstock is 150% density and 180 density wigs. If you want a higher density wig,you need to contact us for customization.
Q Can Ibleach the knots/dye/do the texture by myself?
Our lace wigsare already bleached under the condition that the hair would not shed. If youneed more bleaching, you can do it by yourself or ask a hairstylist to helpyou. But for the undetectable full HD lace wig, we suggest not do so because HDlace is a special lace material, theres no need to bleach any more. Our hair isnice virgin hair, which can be dyed. So you can dye it by yourself or yourhairstylist. Please don`t dye on the lace when there is a undetectable full HDlace wig to avoid damaging the lace. It is sure to do the texture you like ifyou want. Also, it may be better that try to ask a hairstylist to help you.
Q How towash my hair?
When you washthe hair, it's better to brush it first and use warm water and hair shampoo towash for twice. Then put hair conditioner equally on the hair for 5 minutes.Then wash it with clean water. Hair conditioner is very necessary everytime youwash your hair! We suggest you use high-quality hair conditioner. If you want toblow your hair dry, please blow to 80% dry, then keep the rest 20% to naturallydry, by this way, it will keep your hair away from drying and frizzy! When youfeel the hair is very dry, you can spray some hair oil. Meanwhile, when youwash the hair, you can pour little hair care oil into warm water ,and put thehair inside that warm water for 10 minutes around. The hair will be more silkand soft comparing before. But we suggest you not use hair oil everyday.Because hair oil may make your hair strands dry and hard! If you want to getyour hair curls back, better to use crimping iron to curl the hair according toits original curl shape again!
Q Whatglue should I use to install my wig?
Most ofcustomers prefer to use ghost Bond or got2b glue. If you don't know much abouthair installation, we recommend that you make an appointment with aprofessional hairdresser to help you install it.

Q Howlong will my hair be shipped after I place an order?
Our shippingcycle is 3-5 working days. Normal stock: 13x4 HD lace frontal wigs, 13x6HD lace frontal wigs, HD lace Frontals, HD lace closures, full lace wigs .Ifthe order adds the custom service,  which will need more extra 5-8 daysto be ready for shipment.
Q Whichexpress do you use? How long can I receive the parcel?
We use DHL,FedEx or UPS. Generally, the package will be delivered within 3-5 businessdays.
Q Do Ineed to pay the shipping fee?
Our shippingfee is free. However there are some areas that need to charge the remote fees25$
Q Can Iask for no signature of shipment?
You can make anote in your cart for this or contact us before shipping out. Then we willchoose a free sign-off service for you. If the parcel has been shipped, you cancall DHL /FedEx/UPS to ask them about it. If no one at home receives the parcel,the courier will call you. Please make sure your phone can go through.
Q Can youprovide the Overnight shipping service
Sorry forthat, we did not have the overnight service. The fastest delivery time is 2-3Business days.
Q Can Ireceive the parcel on Saturday or Sunday?
The DHL andFedEx are weekend off. If the parcel has been arrived your city, you can go tothe local sites to check it and take it by yourself.
Q I am ina remote area, can you ship it?
Generally, wecan ship to most of the countries and regions worldwide, but individual placesmay be charged remote fees. If the zip code in the area can’t be found on theexpress delivery system, we will not be able to ship it.
Q Can Iuse Po.box as the shipping address? Or billing address?
Sorry. We don’taccept PO.box address.

Q When Ipay via PayPal, do I have to have a PayPal account? Can I use credit cards?
PayPal accountis not necessary. You can choose the "Pay with Credit Card".
Q Whichpayment methods can I use?
We accept the paymentmethods as Paypal and Credit Card. It is not necessary to have a PayPal accountto order, you can pay with Credit/Debit Card directly. If you have any paymentproblems, please contact with us.
Q Why ismy card declined?
Sometimes whenyour card is expired, insufficient balance or poor credit which may have arecord of Chargeback or others will lead to card declined when paying. So wesuggest customers not take a dispute for no reasons, because your credit recordwill be affected, and your next shopping will be declined. Q If Ipay on your website, is my information safe?
We are sure thatour website is legal, which has been certified by the card organization. Soplease don`t worry about that. Your payment information is kept by your bank orcard organization, but not saved by us. We only use your shipping info fordelivery. Your information is safe and we will keep your informationconfidential. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us.
Q Can yousend me an invoice?
Yes, we cansend you the invoice if you need, just feel free to contact us via emailor whatsapp online.

Q Whyhaven't I received my parcel yet?
Once theparcel has been shipped. We will post the tracking number on the website. Youcan check the status. If not, you can send us an e-mail. Our colleague willanswer you.
Q Whereis my order? Can I have a tracking number?
Generally, wewill ship out your order within 72 hours. Once the parcel has been shipped, wewill post the tracking number on the website and to your email. You can checkthe status. If not, you can send us an Email. Our colleague will help you.
Q Why didI purchased two or there items in my order, but only 1pc is displayed in theshipment status?
We ship all2/3 items of your order in one parcel, so the shipment only displays 1pc. Thatdoesn't mean only 1 item in your parcel. Please don't worry.
Q Why ismy order always at the pending status?
If you paidyour order via PayPal and used E-check, then your order will be at pendingstatus until your payment is cleared. So you need to clear the payment onPayPal at ASAP, then we can ship your order soon.
Q Why isthe shipment status of my order showing an abnormality or pending?
If it showsabnormality or pending in short time, that maybe normal transport state. If itlasts a long time (over 1 day), you can call the DHL/FedEx/UPS to ask aboutwhat is going on about it. Or you can send us the Email to hairbeginning@aliyun.com, we will help you out.
Q If I'm notat home, how can I sign for my package? Can I have a delivery service withoutsignature?
Yes, you can.You can leave a note in your order, or call DHL/FedEx/UPS to apply the service.After you applied the service without signature. But if the package is lost orstolen, we do not take any responsibility.
Q Why theshipment status shows that I have signed. But I did not receive the parcel yet.
Once thathappens, it means someone has signed the package for you. It may be yourneighbor or family and friends. Please confirm it first. If not, please contactus.
Q Whencan I receive my order?
Normally, yourorder can deliver within 3-10 business days, if weekend or holiday orCustomized wigit maybe have a delay.

Q Can I changethe size, texture or another product after placed order?
If you want tochange, please send emails to hairbeginning@aliyun.com. If within 2 hours afterordered, we can do it for you, but if over 2 hours, we can't make sure of that.
Q Can Ichange the address?
If your orderis still not shipped, we can change the address for you. If it is shipped, youmay have to pay extra fee for it. If you contact the courier privately tochange the delivery address, then we have the right to charge your additionalfees. So if you need to change the addressplease contact us first.
Q Can Iadd a deep bleached knots service?
Our full lacewig is slightly bleach. If you need more bleaching, You can contact us, or youcan do it by yourself or ask a hairstylist to help you. We need to emphasizethat too much bleaching will reduce the use time of hair.
l AboutHair Problems
Q Why isthe package I received different from the one in the picture?
Normally thewigs in the pictures or videos that we post on our social media are installedand restyled by our hairstylists, so it would look more gorgeous. But actuallyit is the same as yours with the same materials. Therefore, you can ask ahairstylist or book our local hairstylist to help you install.
Q Why isthe size I received shorter than the expected?
Normally thelength showed online is the original length of the hair, but not the lengthafter shaping. And if you believe it is shorter than the actual length, pleasekindly try to measure it from the top to the tip after pulling it straight.Then you will see its actual length.
Q Why didI choose a big net hat / small net hat, but the goods received is still not big/ small?
If you haveadd the Large/Small size, actually it is the customized size showed. 1)21.75 inchesSmall 2)22.25 inches Medium 3)22.75 inches Large .It brings wig combs andadjustable straps inside, which can help hold well. Please kindly make surethat your installation method is correct. You can go to our Facebook to getmore details about the tutorial videos. Also, you can ask a local hairstylistto help you, it may be better.
Q Whydoes my wig/hair smell a little?
It is thesmell from the factory, but not the smell of chemicals. For our wigs, the hairmaterial is collected directly from donors. It is natural hair without anyprocess, which is healthy and high-quality and can be used for a long time. Soplease don`t worry about that, we will try to minimize fragrance as well.
 
Q Why isthere no bleached knots in my full lace wig?
Our lace wigsare already bleached under the condition that the hair would not shed. If youneed more bleaching, you can contact us or you can do it by yourself or ask ahairstylist to help you. We need to emphasize that too much bleaching willreduce the use time of hair.
Q Whydoes the hair come in brown? Or have white hair?
For our wigs,the hair material is collected directly from donors. It is natural hair withoutany process, so most hair color is natural color. And most hair's natural coloris not jet black, sometimes it looks like brown under the sun or shiny light.Maybe there is little white hair because it has already existed when we collectfrom donors. However, it doesn't affect the usage, so please don`t worry aboutthat. If you don't like the brown/white hair, you can dye the color by yourselfor ask a hairstylist to help you dye it. This hair is very healthy,high-quality and can be used for a long time. It can be dyed and bleached well,which can be used over 2-3 years with good protection.
Q Why dohair ends split or have short hair?
For our wigs,the hair material is collected directly from donors. It is natural hair withoutany process, so it may have a little split ends/have little short hair inside.We stick to the human hair, so it's normal and it won't affect the usage. Youcan try to use scissors to cut the hair end a little, and then do some haircare, it will be nice again. This hair is very healthy, high-quality and can beused for a long time. It can be dyed and bleached well, which can be used over2-3 years with good protection.
Q Why didmy style disappear after I washed?
For our wigs,the hair material is collected directly from donors. It is natural hair withoutany process, which can be used for a long time. Normally when we wash the hair,the style may change a little, because we stick to the human hair. It will benice again with the shape of flat iron after drying. The hair is nice virginhair, which can be dyed, bleached, shaped. And it can be used over 2-3 yearswith good protection. Here are some tips to help wash and care your hair:1)When you wash the hair, it's better to brush it first and use warm water andhair shampoo to wash for twice. Then put hair conditioner equally on the hairfor 5 minutes. Then wash it with clean water. Hair conditioner is verynecessary everytime you wash your hair! We suggest you use high-quality hairconditioner. 2) If you want to blow your hair dry, please blow to 80% dry, thenkeep the rest 20% to naturally dry, by this way, it will keep your hair awayfrom drying and frizzy! 3) When you feel the hair is very dry, you can spraysome hair oil. Meanwhile, when you wash the hair, you can pour little hair careoil into warm water, and put the hair inside that warm water for 10 minutesaround. The hair will be more silk and soft comparing before. But we suggestyou not use hair oil everyday.
